Feedback captures people's emotional state of mind with respect to an experience. Unlike surveys, which mentally engage the user, feedback is intercepted immediately or shortly after the emotion is experienced. It is therefore an instinctive, unfiltered response, unaffected by social factors.

Widdi is a digital solution (platform + app + methodology) that can capture satisfaction levels through the language of emoticons, both positive and negative during and/or immediately after a customer’s experience with our company.
